History repeats itself
Time after time.
The same mistakes are made

By generation after generation
And usually in the pursuit of
Money or control.
Each reiteration carries a
Countermelody of complaint and
Opposition, but even the ones who
Are complaining and opposing 
Do not learn their lessons from
The past and so history
Repeats itself over and over again.
